Thank you for choosing Sea Breeze Property Management. Although we are a newly formed company we strive to make your vacation as perfect as possible. We do not rent to large groups or to anyone under the age of 23. Our rentals include everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We include

To book your reservation you can send us an email at info@seabreezemanagement.net and let us know what days and unit you are interested in. Along with that send us your name address and telephone. We will send you back a reservation.
One half of the rent is due 10 days from booking, with the balance due 14 days prior to check in. We only accept checks and money orders. We do not take credit cards for payment, only for security. Our address is on bottom of page. At that time, we will require a credit card number to have on file in case of damage. That information is on our renter info sheet. This card will not be charged unless there is a problem and only after we notify you.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within 30 days of check in you will forfeit your deposit, outside of 30 days you will lose 10% of your deposit.
Check in is at 3PM check out is at 10AM please do not ask for a late check out in the summer, it is impossible. Our units (except Sundunes) are equipped with key pads for entry. No need to carry keys to beach and pool. When we receive final payment a code letter will be sent with the code to your unit for the length of your stay.
We will make every effort to assure you a comfortable stay, but sometimes things happen, please notify us if there is a problem in the unit immediately, we will have the correction made as quickly as possible. There are no refunds for mechanical failure.
At check out please empty the trash in outside containers or trash chutes, leave kitchen items clean and returned to their proper place. We would appreciate if you would start linen washing. This will help the next guest to be in on time.
Please check to make sure you have removed all personal items, we will not be responsible for anything left in unit after check out.
Any damage to the unit will be your responsibility and will be charged to you. Please treat these properties with respect.
